2011 Volvo D13 shut off while Driving

Had anyone found a fix to this issue? Thanks

 

I changed all the injectors and injector cups but I haven't gone back on the road yet but from driving around town, it seems to have fixed the issue

 

So this is interesting, I just had a truck in here last couple of weeks of course deleted with crap software, put a used good ecm on it since no new ones to be found programmed it with proper tunning, the guy has been driving it for the last week no shutdown nothing, before it used to shut down and loose power every 200 to 400 miles.

 

also he said pulling power and fuel economy have never been better.

I had a Coronado years ago with a DD15 and an 18 speed and it did it. Turned out to be the harness.

 

I also have a 2011 Volvo D13, DEF deleted and I am having the same problem. If I turn it on overnight , it turns off by itself. Sometimes when driving it turns off and I have to keep cranking a couple times for it to turn back on. No check engine lights on and no codes showing. I have changed injectors, injector cups, fuel pump, fuel hosing, fuel water separator housing , fuel valve, ignition . I have also changed the ECM and still had the same problem , so I put my old one back. Mechanic added an extra cable to the battery and that didn’t help either. I am running out of ideas and the mechanics have no idea … what should I do ?????

 

The only thing I’ve done that has worked is change my oil whenever this happens might last 4-8k miles sucks but better than nothing I’ve been trail and error for like 2 years now

 

clean battery terminals, check the Little Mega Fuse 150A for rust /corrosion if so change it i think that was the real issue
