High class and high rent to boot lol. There was a 18% gratuity already added, and after my extra $50 tip the bill was well over $200 for both of us.

We tried to tip good since these people on the boat have been out of work too. They actually did a hell of a job….

I may own a few modern convenances, but I’m full blown hillbilly at heart. folks looked at me kinda odd when the elevator doors opened lol….

Haha same with my aunt and uncle that go on a cruise every year. My uncle still wears his blue Dickies work pants and suspenders. He half deaf so he thinks you have to yell at everyone, funny as hell

 

I'm reading uncle Tom's cabin now. Not a very long book, but dang am I having a hard time with it. It's taken me forever to read it! My modern ebonics isn't very good, let alone my slave ebonics. Good lord, I'm having to go back and re-read like every other paragraph.

I must have hit that life-shift point in time. I realized that I had turned into "one of those" when I noticed that 95% of my pants are Dickies, my wife started wearing them too, and we both have bought a pair of New Balance sneakers. I've even thought of winter migration to Florida. Not much point in fighting it at this point I guess lol.
