The contract is a private document between JCT and individuals attending orientation. Call JCT recruiting department and they'll discuss different parts of th contract with ya. They would get upset at us for posting the contract.

The Challenger and Alanp613 Thank this.

Sitting dead stop on west bound I40 MM116 very bad accident, pickup truck pulling travel trailer crossed medium and side swiped a big truck then flipped, looks like people hurt bad. I'm about 10 trucks back, roads are solid black ice. The ice is from fog freezing.

If you have already applied, and been accepted by JCT, ask your recruiter for a blank copy of the documents. I asked for a copy from my recruiter, and she was more than happy to provide a "generic" copy of one AFTER I had been accepted to JCT.
I doubt very seriously that they would provide one to someone who is "just looking", and honestly, I don't blame them. I also agree that it is a private document and anyone who would post one here is crazy. They DO NOT hide anything from potential people who want to start a career with the best. It is a process to be hired here, and there are plenty of folks looking for a ride right now. Can you say "ARROW"? The current orientation group had an average wait time of 4 months, and there were 26 people in the class. (8 teams, that takes care of 16 of 'em), but still, you get the point.

    Alanp613 Thanks this.

I never asked anyone to post the contract on here. That would be kinda stupid don't ya think? I was wanting to read it over before I got out there. It's no biggie. If it's that complicated I will just have Holly or someone email it to me tomorrow. I just thought there might be a fellow JCT driver that had a copy that could email it to me. And no, everything is not mentioned in this thread. After reading some of the common sense questions posted I often wonder if some have even bothered calling JCT to inquire about employment or if they are just relying on hearsay. I didn't mean to ruffle any feathers.

I understand whay you are saying herkyboy. But I never asked anyone to post any contract on here. Yes I have applied, been approved and will be out there on the 18th. Since it is after hours, I was just wondering if any fellow JCT driver had a copy that they could email to me. Yes, I will call Holly tomorrow. And yes I am sure she will email me a blank contract. Like I said, I only asked since its after office hours.

I just wanted to say thank you for all of your input as to driving schools and getting my CDL. I must agree that there is great need for training because of the great responsibility that each and everyone of you have a Professional Driver and I have the up most respect for what you do. To let you all know I have found a school here in Missouri that I will be attending in February or March of this year. It is with a small company that has its own school that only takes 4 students at a time. The school is six weeks of classroom and driving, then six weeks of over the road training. I feel that this confidate that this is a good choice. This is also cost effective because it is only 30 mile from the house and I will only have to pay 650 if I stay with them for a year plus if I stay with them for 2yrs they will refund me my 650 I feel that this is a great deal.

    Jarbo Thanks this.
