The reason I started this thread was to inform people of my interpertation of this company. There are a lot of people on this board and especially on the OOIDA forum that are dead set against Lease Operators. My intention was to show that there are good points to this kind of operation. I am not a recruiter for JCT, and really don't care where anyone works. It is anyones choice. I have often said in my posts, IF you want information, then talk to a recruiter, they are much better equiped to give you the right information. People have asked me for personal info about my operation that I refuse to give. One person here wanted my phone number, to ask me more questions. I am not the one to ask.
You are the one looking for a job, you have to ask the employer the questions. We will be glad to give you our stories about our trips and how we make them. There is a lot of info here, you just have to read. A lot of the questions you have asked have been covered here several times. You have to understand, I am not trying to be ### in nine here, but in the end you have to decide if you want to work at JCT
you like the way I spelled assinine

Thanks I hope to see you all out there soon -
I am not a recruiter for JCT at all (ask anyone on this forum especially alan and John). However, I do pass on the good word that JCT is a good company to go with if you LIKE to WORK. I say this because I rarely see a JCT truck parked with the driver bs'ing.

No offense taken Alanp613 lol and no it didn't sound mean. Not to me anyways. I have seen alot of the same questions asked over and over by others. I agree with they should call recruiting. Actually, I doubt some have even called or checked out their website because some of their questions would've been answered at first call. I keep hearing about how quickly drivers are rushed thru orientation and the signing of paperwork so I was only wanting to get a "head start" on the reading of the contract is all. At times I'm a s l o w reader lol No offense taken.

Hello, my name is Jarbo and I am not a recruiter either.

lol. I agree LMB. Too many of the same questions being asked, not that most of us don't want to answer but guys (or girls) please take the time to read ALL the posts! There is a well of information here to start your research. Then call the recruiters and talk to them! If you see a driver on the road talk to them too. I thought someone was going to ask me for money one time and was not as nice as I could have been, but then spent the next hour talking to them and as it turns out they are the team that got my Pete lol
my point is that we all want to help you, but you gotta do some leg work too.dabs Thanks this. -
Dang! 70 pages?!?! My last prenup was only 3 pages lol
