Years ago I had a drink driving problem so I cut down on my . . . . driving.
Seriously, get the medical condition fixed, whatever it is. High BP will kill you and the family in the mini van you hit during the heart attack you will have while driving. Trying to get around medical risk factors to get a medical card?! Really!? Morons!! That's all I have to say about that.

In all seriousness, if your blood pressure is high then get your doctor to prescribe Ramipril. A 1.25-2.5mg dose per day would probably work and not affect you.

Mexican drivers coming into the US may have an international driver’s license. Thus they aren’t required to have medical card certs. tied to their license. Our wonderful politicians created this exact situation.
Cops in 2 local towns started busting south of the border drivers for no medical card. DOT told them to back off. Turns out the DOT was right. They don’t have to have US medical card certification on their international licenses.
Another loss for us because of politicians.

    In all seriousness... no.
Just get the doc to examine you and prescribe the bp med that he/she thinks is best for you.

People are different; and telling someone to get a certain drug, when you are not the persons MD, is really irresponsible.

I heard on the internets if you have a big bump in your back pocket you'll usually pass, you could be half dead. I prepare diet and exercise wise about 3 months in advance to make sure, bp is tough for us cdl guys.

Uh you mean the other 21 months, I eat normally in my truck. Generally I start water fasting 2-3 days every week and going through Autophagy. I have always since I was a kid had higher bp when in the doctors office.

Oh, I forgot. You have a 2 year card.
For years I have been on a 1 year schedule.

Autophagy is too complex for my small brain to deal with.
