What do you smoke? Another thing that's got me motivated to quit is Newports crossed the 10$ mark in PA and almost 15 in commie NY.....

 

One time in the city there was some non union crew doing a job that should of been union and the 282 guys wanted my dad and some other guys to go block the entrance and shut the job down. The union had their back and would pay for the hook but they didn't do it. If it was a company truck they all would of but didn't wanna chance it when its your only bread winner. They ended up moving some company equipment in and shutting it down for a while.

Before they were in the union they didn't cross the Hudson, that was a sure fire way to get your equipment messed with. They dropped the steel in Keasbey NJ at AJ Ross yard

 

The crane company I worked for was a non union outfit. Twice we had the only 600t crane available and twice union steel erectors needed it. The first was kind of sketchy. We got a lot of dirty looks and comments. We had to leave 2 guys with the crane 24 hours a day for 3 days to make sure it didn’t get vandalized. The second job we got called off of at the last minute. And the crew that did the job...well let’s just say the boss was very glad we got called off it!

Lol......no. I draw my curtains just not all the way. I need some air up there. My espar outlet us in my sleeper. So if I zip up my curtains, it will be literally freezing up there when I wake up. Then I spend half my day with fogged up windows.
