I have a question, i got two violations yesterday for bad tires, missing mud flaps and the wrong plates. The company says it's all been fixed. What do i do to avoid getting the points?

Nothing. If it was a cvsa inspection and you got the violations, well you got the violations. They will be on your psp for (I belive) 3 years. No points though. psp isn't point based, it just lists violations.
If you also got a citation you can fight that in court and if you get the tickets dismissed you can use that to get the violations dismissed as well.
You can try a dataq request to try and get the violations removed, but 99.99999% chance it will fail. After all, the violations did happen. -
May I ask a silly question? Why were you operating the vehicle with such obvious defects in the first place? I'll cut you slack on the plates.

I had a incident at a recycling company in Philadelphia it was a tight entrance and I was turning to the left to and trying to avoid the cars parked right at the entrance there was a pickup truck there that as I was turning in to the left he backed up at least one foot and hit the tire on my trailer accuse me of hitting his truck I couldn't prove it there was no camera there was all these allegations and dock workers for their they even told me they had it on camera and they wouldn't show me the film so when I reported it to the company I was driving for they fired me so I've applied to about 70 companies in my DAC report has disqualified me every time how can I get around that and get hired I want to get back in a truck ASAP

I’m guessing 70 companies isn’t really true. You can get around dac by applying at companies that don’t use dac but the problem is still going to be there since any future company is going to check the last employer who may or may not explain why they let you go.So to keep from surprising future employers I would be honest with them upfront .most employers don’t like surprises be up front
