    Hey guys,

So, I need to get hazmat endorsement for a job and I DO have a felony. Not proud of it but it is what it is.

My charge is ACTS CONSTITUTING FORGERY.

I checked the website and I dont see forgery in there but its kind of a grey area. Has anyone been in, or know someone who has been in my situation? I am just trying to find out if I should apply or not.

    Thanks for any help!

Of course you should apply. The worse thing they can do to you is tell you no.

In part B this item is listed. Couldn’t acts constituting forgery be included in that? (Part B applies to seven years from the date of application)
    • Dishonesty, fraud, or misrepresentation, including identity fraud and money laundering, where the money laundering is related to a crime listed in Parts A or B (except welfare fraud and passing bad checks).

    Bean Jr. Thanks this.

ya, thats why I made the post... its a grey area. It doesnt specifically say Forgery and Fraud is its own charge which I was not charged for. It will be interesting to see what they say for sure.

Bean Jr. and Hatt91 Thank this.

So dishonesty & fraud are okay if it's welfare fraud.

I mean, it's only our tax dollars, no big deal, right? I'm going to stop now before I really get started...
