Very innovative machines. Unfortunately the potato, potato, potato company essentially killed it.

 

There is no essential about it....they did! The vast majority of dealerships flat refused to even deal with them. Most only had 1 or 2 in stock and they were almost always shoved in the corner out of sight. Try to get one serviced......good luck. It didn't fit the typical pirate outlook that Harley has. The dealerships were run by people and most Harley people didn't view them as part of the club, so they flat refused to touch them. It was a darn shame!

Came down with the crud as well. Fever/cough/headache the last couple of days. Today is mostly body aches. Vitamin C, D3, Zinc and a shot of horse dewormer in Green Apple flavor and hope to leave out tomorrow.

 

No, it was in the shop for a head gasket that was under warranty.

Yep. Harley treated Buell like a step child, but was more than happy to have a bunch of Blasts made for their Rider's Edge course. Fledgling Pirates learning to ride on lil sporty looking thumpers... The irony.

I would have liked to got ahold of a Ulysses back when you could still find one that wasn't clapped out.
