Do you bury yours or just use a crock in the cellar?

 

Home raised filets cooked in the air fryer with sliced potatoes with cheese and bacon bits fixed in the oven.

 

Dad died in the middle of a batch that I tried to finish... I don't think it's something I'm capable of making correctly. I tried the next year from scratch and failed miserably.

 

There are youtube videos that can teach you. Alot of trial and error.

 

Crock then can it.

 

And it will never turn out the same 2 years in a row.

 

Fumbling through my library looking for a particular book, forgot I had this lol….

 

Page 162, good advice for those who may be on the hunt for a companion lol….
