Where is everyone #5

Use to go to a lot of Bike Weeks in Daytona & Myrtle Beach. I remember when those Boss Hoss were a big thing, they died off though needless to say as did the modern chopper craze like Big Dog….

 

The one I saw was a V-twin, not a V-8.
Early '90's one of our group got a Boss Hoss and rode it from Washington state to Sturgis, what a mistake.

 

I'm pricing some aluminum for a project- holy smokes!
I hope nobody here is looking to buy an all aluminum wagon, they must be about $1,345,000/ea now.

Quite a while I haven't filled it again but I haven't used it much. It puts out a big flame for it's size

 

Sure hate to hear Mr. Black’s health is ailing…..

 

We just put inquiries in on two things:

Flatbed Trailer (48ft, sliding front axle), and a small tractor with loader/backhoe.

 

I just got back from town. Waiting for a guy to go past before I pull out- he goes past, nice pickup pulling a little aluminum ATV trailer.....with 2 pallets stretch wrapped boxes of something about 8' tall....NO straps, ropes, bungees, or anything! He turns right, load wobble-wobble. Maybe he's just going up the block. Nope! I follow him....no! no! no! he's headed up the hill towards my place! 35mph speed limit and twisty going up the grade, I'm doing 40 and he's outta sight the first mile. He's never going to make it. 5 or so miles up the road left bend, come around, boxes everywhere. Luckily the left lane was clear.
