Next step is to schedule a call with safety. Needs to be done while with the truck to set up ELD.
Will do that once I get my truck back from shop.

Got a walk through the app:
When you select a load your interested in and tap book.
It comes up with two options:

Option 1:
Contact the broker yourself about the load in question to book it. App says this is the fastest method to book.

Option 2:
Have Cloud contact the broker.

To book an off app load in app:
You enter the broker and load info

All ratecons are sent in app for viewing.

Need to take pictures of fuel receipts and email for IFTA reporting.

Process was really simple. Clicked on load within 15 minutes I had the ratecon from JB Hunt in the app.
Ops also sent me a confirmation email and an email to JB for an empty trailer. Waiting on JB to find empty trailer.

There is no AI. I don't know why the other guy thought it was AI.

Cloud does have an ops team we need to communicate with and I can assure you they are human. I also got an email from JB with a login so I can communicate with them as well.

 

Picked up my truck after 3 weeks at the shop.
Went up to the truck stop Saturday to get things ready. Have a coolant leak on the apu.
Can't seem to catch a break with this truck.

Hopefully a thermoking in VA will be able to fix it in a day, cant afford another multiweek shutdown.

How do they do trailer rental or leasing?

 

Extra lease and a few others.
250 a week no additional fees.
Wait list for a trailer is pretty backed up.
