Except in very rare incidents, it is not our policy to explain to others the reason for a banning. That subject remains one between the moderators, admin, and the person whom is banned. Suffice to say, rules were in place and not followed, a poster is made aware of his transgressions, and banning was not the first corrective action taken.

Brinks requires a CDL? I never knew that. But I do believe you, mein favorite skeptic Burky. It makes sense with those armored rigs being so heavy, using airbrakes, and the fact they would want only "qualified" drivers.
I guess I'll have to wait a while on taking a Brinks truck on a personal run to the house. I'll have to do that when I get my CDL back, which will be the day after doomsday. So....two days after doomsday I'll apply at Brinks. It may be more like a week after, as I have a LOT of things lined up the day after doomsday. These tasks may spill over into the following days there are so many. Tasks like driving a Swift truck again, taking a load from Chula Vista, Cally to Hunt's Point in two days, and running a 4-pickup, 5-drop load from Stockton to NYC in a flat-top International with an ironing-board sleeper and no cab shocks. Hell, all these tasks may take two weeks. Maybe even three.
Hey, I keep my promises. -

I’m quitting a job pay isn’t right. the truck and trailer is junk. So First you go on home time. Unpack your truck leave a blanket pillow clothes enough to survive with. Then you tell them your quitting ask them where they like their truck and trailer. Then you return their truck and trailer where they want it. Get proof you returned truck and trailer condition they gave it to you. Then pay for your way home. If I like the company I give notice. But I give the respect I’ve been given.!! But always return the truck and trailer!! Always!! Flying is cheaper than ever now.

Sadly, wish there was a way to set a time limit on forum posts to where if there were no posts in the topic for X amount of time, it becomes a "read only" post.
People come here and search a topic and these old posts pop up in the search. They don't look to see how old the thread is and ask or comment.bentstrider83 Thanks this. -
Lots of forums have it. It's called auto archiving. "This post is archived and not open for further discussion." Seen it plenty of places. Would be nice if the PTB would take the time to move into the new century. LOL

Scrolling through and the countless mentions of "DAC" screamed of 2007. It was a good year until it wasn't(crash and roll ended that year for me).
