I have a 2015 prostar with a N13 engine. I pulled up Spn 111 Fmi 31 on the dash. All I’ve found on this was truck driven with low coolant for long periods of time. Apparently there are three parameters that need to be reset to 0 regarding coolant level. Anyone know what these parameters are?
N13 engine fault code spn 111 fmi 31.

Just an update:
I haven’t been able to get the truck into a shop, but I’ve noticed that a specialty hose has swelled and there’s a little coolant seeping out of there and another hose while the engine is running. I called navistar and was told that the shop would need to test the coolant pressure find if there are any leaks, if no leaks then look towards the egr. Since I have found the leaks I’m hoping that if I change the hoses and have the shop test the coolant and clear the code that will be the fix. I’m praying to the truck gods to spare the little engine that could and not cost me a leg and a testy.biopure22 Thanks this. -
Final update:
lucky me lucky me. I replaced the hoses, took it into the shop, had them take a look and pressure test. No leaks for now, they ran a diag, everything checked out and I’m rolling.
Thank you biopure22 for taking some time out of your day to help!biopure22 Thanks this. -
