Working For Werner

I had an extremely large woman waiting for a trainer try to pick me up while I was there. I was not impressed, that is all I can say about it.

Man that is funny. But I've got to ask, did she get you off the ground? or how did she get in a truck cab.

 

Well how do you figure they reduced their fleet by 10% , had 11% less freight miles in 2009 than 2008 , yet they are constantly hiring ?
That mystery is yet to be explained .

 

If I remember correctly they were fixing the terminal and they had trailers there last time i was there and 1 bathroom. All the drivers including me would just drive to the ontario ta but 1 of them was kinda bad had the lot lizards drug dealers people selling all types of stuff and the 1 across the street was a little calmer but i think bot of the charge to park.

 

There are some good trainers like this . They stay where they are because they figure that is where they can do the most good . Far too few trainers are like this though .

 

My last trainer with werner was excellent he had been driving for about 3 years and he was extremly patient(excuse my spelling) (he was kinda cute too) o but he never pushed me to do anything that made me uncomfortable if i was tired we stopped. But even thoug my previous trainer said I was ok to drive on my own he started from the beginning as if I just got on his truck and made sure I knew what I needed to know.

 

A good trainer wood push you to do the things that are uncomfortable to you, untill you became better and comfortable with any part of driving you are having a hard time with.
