I have a couple trailers that I don’t use regularly, I was approached by a guy asking to rent one. Worried I’d never see it again lol. GPS trackers? Anyone have any experience doing this ? Renting out trailers on a monthly basis?

What trailers?
Usually there is an agreement to be drafted and signed with all the details who does what and on what terms. Is there a problem to do that? I'm renting, no issues.Keepforgettingmypassword and tscottme Thank this. -
Be careful. Loosing the trailer will be the least of your worries. You could easily be sued out of existence.

Could it really be that huge of a liability for the trailer owner
if a signed agreement is in place with the owner and person or company that chooses to rent the trailer? Also most trailer rental contracts usually specify owner is not responsible. -
