You too eh?:biggrin_2559: I had the same experience just 3 weeks after I went solo. Doh! I was really worried Prime would send me back out with a trainer, but I never heard a peep from them. A quick call to safety to explain what happened, a quick repair job, a busted ego, and haven't heard anything about it since.

Dearborn Dist in Chicago. Docks are indoors... open air to the wharehouse.

Drive in thru a garage door. drop trailer and exit as there isnt much room. if you are the middle trailer between two 53 foot trailers, you cant leave until one or the other leaves first.

I let a security gaurd rush me... only wish I had a tape recorder as the gaurd said it was his fault and he should have let me close my doors first. He quickly backtracked when I asked him if he would sign a statement to that fact.

As of mid Dec when the site went down, Walcrawler is back working at Prime... and he is working on taking over the site from Dr. Z and getting it back up.

Zebra indicated he was losing intrest and didnt want to pay another year to the web company hosting the site.

    I believe he went paperless.

are you going company or lease? If you go company there will be no choice in the matter.

The last time I asked, my (and U2's) FM indicated all drivers will be on elogs sometime this year. Gatekeeper is having one of the new QualComm terminals.

Hazmat endorsement is now a requirement for all company drivers. My FM sent a fleet message that drivers have 90 days to get the process rolling.

Its also $50 extra pay for every company Hazmat load. Which wasnt always the case previously...

So quick review... Passport, TWIC, and Hazmat endorsements are required for Prime company drivers.

    DirtySideDown Thanks this.

Does Prime have a terminal in Dayton Ohio? I also saw something that said that they also do orientation in Dayton Ohio. Is that still the case, or is that outdated information.

    Thanks!
