I'm assuming only companies or O/O can log into this system to see it?

I got a ticket in 2008, written in my name. The conviction was written to my dad's name. I am the 3rd not Jr. If I paid a lawyer and got that deleted I would have a clean MVR.

Not sure if it would be worth it.

Most Lawyers will give free 30 to 60 min briefing. Always do your homework before you call.

Yes, you have to have the pin to go with the DOT #, and you can look at the details of the record. :yes2557:

did you know that those people selling it get $100 per signup? If theyre in a big enough truckstop they make more than we do. :/

TVC is a joke, There lawyers will do nothing that you can't do and never discuses the case with you. Had three tickets while I was with them. I now have Open Road. They are very good. They will find a Lawyer in the area AFTER you get the ticket. The lawyer is not contracted like at TVC. He gets repeat business from doing good on your case. Just like he dose from every case he gets. They treat each case as a separate case. Loosing will affect there rating. With TVC they lose so what, they still get paid and another case because it's contracted.

There is no need to join any legal service . Other services will take your case after you get a ticket and do a better job .

Honestly, I see the lawyers and yes there are some that know the regulations and laws. But, if I don't do a plea deal with them, they lose. How do you expect a lawyer to get you out of a ticket? I write over 2500 tickets a year. I never see where a lawyer gets any driver out of something. The may get a reduction in the speed, the same as any other person that comes to court. They may get a reduction in the fine, just like any other citation receiver . As long as I do my job, there is no way to get something bounced out of court.
