It’s closed now. But after you crossed the broad River on I 85 north exit 98 going north it was on the frontage road on the right. A couple of fuel pumps and a diner.

The 76 in Corbin was known for a lot of drug trafficking and riff-raff, I've heard from older drivers.

Anyone remember the truck stop on the south side of I-20 in Jackson, Mississippi? It was before my time, but I've heard
it was a hot spot for dangerous activity. I know the old Mid-Continent where the Petro is now was dangerous, too.

Goodales, off 84, at the CT/MA state line, long gone, but had the best breakfast. Dysarts, near Bangor, ME was real good too...

I heard Stoney Ridge South in Monroe, Ohio was good back in the 70's and 80's, back when I was just a kid. By the
time I stopped there in 2004, it was a dump and smelled horrible.

Stoney Ridge was a Great TS back in the 80's. I stopped there a few times it was 3x better than any 76 or S###hole T/A
Back in the early 80's my favorite stop use to be the I 80 in Walcott Iowa before it got remodeled.. it had a small restaurant & driver's store with about 6 fuel pumps the drivers lounge was up stairs and really only had room for about 20 drivers .. but the parking lot was huge.. it was way better than the S###hole 76 across the interstate.. now I won't hardly stop there unless I need some big pieces of chrome that would cost a arm & legto ship
