2017 International Onguard System

I'm having some issues with the Onguard system on my 2017 international prostar. The photo below is warning that flashes on the onguard display. When that comes on the transmission is searching for a gear and I lose all power to my drives. After coming to a complete stop I turn off the key and wait for 60sec to restart and everything is fine for a day or two then it happens again.

I also get a SPN 5606 code on the display sometimes. I am taking it to the shop, but they are backed up for a week and my anticipation is killing me. Anyone have this issue?

 

Cruise control is installed. But, every time I use cruise control it seems to escalate the issue. I recently had the governor removed from the cruise and the pedal. Not sure if this caused the problem.
