I had picked up in Appleton over the weekend for a delivery to the Dollar General in Berkeley on Sunday. I got there about 4 am Sunday morning. Took a nap and checked in about 0830. I hit the dock, paid the lumper, cleaned the salt and snow out of the inside of the truck. The guy comes out and hands me my paperwork and receipt. I had been there for 3 hrs at that point. I didn't feel not one forklift go inside the trailer. I figure maybe I wasn't paying attention. I pull forward just a bit and why did I walk back there and look, only to see a trailer still full of frozen pizzas? I had to hollar and run to catch that guy before he went in because they don't let drivers inside the building. He wanted to know what they problem was. I'm like, "Bro, you gave me my paperwork back signed, but you didn't unload my trailer!" He asked what door I was in, I tell him 64, then he's like, "Oh ####!" He runs in there and suddenly remembered he had a job to finish lol

I’m in fort Morgan Colorado getting a load of sugar headed to saint louie. It’s snowing pretty good out here but that load of sugar is 43k so I may be able to go on. I’ll definitely be careful on 34 and 385

Man...if I were you, I'd run 76 to 80, and when you get Lincoln drop US 77 at Exit 397, then go east on NE-2, drop down 29. It's better to take that route in bad weather in my opinion. It's a 40 mile difference. I always go that way regardless of weather. I don't really like the route given for that load. Back roads in Colorado suck when bad weather hits. They don't rush to plow them for real it seems.

I think it approaches that area. It's too high. At that point I'd have to cut back on miles just to try an fall under the level needed to qualify for tax credits covering insurance on the marketplace. Thank goodness all my kids are grown.

No your fine ! I'd been meaning to message ya to see how things were going. Thx for asking. She is improving. She is off the oxygen and the doc has her blood sugar levels coming down. She had to use insulin to do it which that is really the biggest issue cuz ya can't drive while taking that. But now the doc is weaning her off of it and adjusting her oral meds. So far it's working. She's down to only one dose a day an the doc plans to reduce that dosage strength till she doesn't need it at all. It's just gonna take a little time.

Man I wouldn't even blame ya. Luckily the kids mothers have more affordable insurance. I'm lucky in that regard. My kids are almost grown....10 more years left. Lol
