I can tell you what occurred on that set doesn't occur on any of the sets I've ever been on in 10+ years of doing this. Every armorer I have worked with have been super safe, have multiple assistants and are on set overseeing everything. Not outside of a set with ammo just laying around unsecured. But that's another can worms.Dino soar, Roger McG, haycarter and 1 other person Thank this. -
Dino soar Thanks this.

I’m surprised this sort of thing is still done as a live stunt, instead of cgi or editing or whatever (not sure what the term is, but basically when they film two things together in such a way that they appear much closer than they really are).
Either way, it sounds like a pretty cool job. -
Kyle G. Thanks this.

Grey button is a 18
Red button is a 13
Blue button is a 15 or 8LL
No button is a 10
Splitter aside, it sounds like the stunt work involved won't be anything with big weight, here's my advice if you hop in and is unfamiliar or doesn't come back to you.
18,13, and 8 drive it like a 4 speed with high and low, H pattern
10 and 15's drive it like a 5 speed with high and low, H pattern with the addition of 1st and 6th being to the left and down -

PLEASE don't wreck it. 379 exhd. Likely cat power. I almost bet money it's an 18 speed, and it has a wet line kit.

I won’t get into the what I know or been but my comment is based on safety of you and others who are rushed to do the scene. The mess on the Baldwin set was avoidable but it was rushed.FallGuy44 Thanks this.
