Its not outsourced. Ohio Turnpike Commission had been private since New in the 50's. The State of Ohio, had zero to do with it. Its a private highway.

They will pay for all damages. Unlike the State, we're you must file a case in the Ohio Court of Claims. Takes 6 or more months to get a judgment.

See, I look at it as the Ohio Turnpike Commission is the outsourced company. Just because it's been outsourced to the same company since it's creation doesn't mean it's not outsourced. After all my response was in regards in the state paying damages.
Not saying the private company won't pay, just saying the state won't.

    Wow…
Anywhere else I would’ve said a Florida Man did it!!
    That aside-what a f****** idiot!!!
I wouldn’t be surprised if at least 1 of those vehicles is totaled outright due to damage(especially if an axle is knocked out).
Hope the Ohio Turnpike Commission saved all the money from the tolls because they’re gonna need it to pay out all those claims!

I mean, it helps when the plow's angled to the right!
But when she's pointed to the left you would think a little common sense might take place!

Well got the first estimate back today $16,500, but after reviewing the estimate while walking around the truck with the service writer they missed a bunch of issues. So will have to wait for new revised estimate but most likely will be almost double. I guess the truck needs a whole new dash. It's completely dead and the hvac system has to be replaced because its stuffed full of salt, glass, and gravel. So who wants a 2021 Western Star that just rolled over 40,000 miles.

Today's market, as is, should be able to ask $200k and some sucker would pay it.
