I think Dave has it right. Rolling "no services available" throughout half the TA sites over the next 18 months.

Link above does have a TA propaganda video in it. Sounds like they are finally going to clean the crap that aint been upgraded since it was built. Throw in a redo of the shelving and merchandise while they replace the worn linoleum and change the store lighting. Stuff that should have been happening about every 5 years.
