What’sa normal reading for atmospheric pressure? I have a 2007 Pete 379 with a c15 Acert MXS. CatEt reads 13. I put a new sensor in and it shows status flag -altitude adj- I’m getting low boost, no check engine light. Just trying to go through the steps of diagnosing

Make sure nothing is grounding out anywhere. Could cause a derate.

I put a temp sensor on my CAT a few years ago and one of the wires was grounding out but I didn't know it until later while driving down the road. Initially it seemed fine than all of the sudden I lost power and didn't know why. About a half hour later I figured it out. Never got a CEL or anything. Not saying this is your issue but I would certainly investigate the wiring as well as the sensor itself. It's not that uncommon to get a "new" sensor that's faulty directly from the seller.

I still haven’t figured this out. My atmospheric reading is 13. I put a new sensor In but theirs still status flag that reads “altitude adj active”. My air filters aren’t even a year old and I’ve cleaned them out a few times since I’ve bought them. Replaced the stmospheric sensor. No CEL only status flag showing when I plug in Cat ET. Says that the altitude adj means the ecm cuts back on fuel. I can’t get over 34 lbs of boost now. C15 acert In a 2007 Pete 379

I’m also in southern Oklahoma, so I’m not very high above sea level
