    Well the reefer rates on the load board are just insane. I cant even dream about making that much money with a flatbed. But i just know theres something else im not seeing there. Like how to factor in detention time... I honestly wouldnt even know how to bid on a reefer load, id probably end up driving the rates down. It just seems crazy cross country loads are paying 5.00 a mile... Is that real? You could never dream of that in flatbed..

    That is why I have a flat and a couple dry vans. My world is different though because I mostly work with my direct customer. But have used both when direct doesn't have anything and I'm bored. It is nice to pick from the best available
