Your favorite company

What is/was your favorite trucking company you ever worked for, and why?

Mine was a local company, after I left OTR and sold my truck. I was soooo happy to pull up to a fuel stop and not have to get my credit or fuel card out. Never had to worry about spending the day getting my truck ready for another 2 or 3 weeks OTR.
My favorite OTR company is long gone now. But they let me run my truck without limits. Let me run loose leaf logs. Drove when I wanted, slept when I wanted. And just left me alone and let me do my job. That gave me a lot of respect for them, and in return, I picked up and delivered early, almost every time. And didn't cry about every problem that came up.
