Hello, all. Rollin Coal just reached out and wondered about me.
I am doing just fine. I sold my equipment a couple months after the rona hit.
I will start thinking of some things to say and give you all a novel soon.
But yes I am fine and well. Thank you all for the concern.
Finally got my own truck

Update
I fell out of the truck 8 weeks ago up in Syracuse NY. Really hurt my knees. After some thinking I have decided to sell the truck. I listed it Monday morning and by mid afternoon it was sold for $10,000.00 less than I paid it for it years ago.
I loved the road. Made a lot of money. Paid off 2 trucks and trailers. But I’m 56 and it’s time to slow on down.
I have enjoyed all of you here on the TTR. Keep the wheels rolling

I did a lot of work to my house and stuff, redid my shed and driveway and other stuff and I also adopted a cat who has been with me for 1.5 years now, his name is Georgie and he is an adult male longhaired i think he is at least partly Maine Coon he's got a lot of those features but he isn't quite as large. Still a decent sized cat but I love him to death and he sleeps next to me all the time. He loves to play play play.
So yeah I sold the equipment and started doing Doordash and all that. Still doing it now. It was okay money for a while but it's boring and easy and now I want to get back into the industry.
Trying to find a job dispatching. But I dont want to be one of those people begging owner ops to dispatch for them on facebook pages and what not.
So if anyone knows someone who needs an office guy, let me know. I really do miss the thrill of finding a good load.Last edited: Apr 19, 2022
