If it's going through a regulator it will stop flowing well before -44. As propane cools off the pressure drops as the liquid contracts inside the tank.

I've forgotten, but the liquid propane in a forklift tank boils at ?? temp F? We never plumbed radiator water thru the vaporizer on a farm tractor, just hung it somewhere close to the exhaust. Always put in a new 185 or higher thermostat when converting a forklift gasoline to propane. It does make a difference.

I’ve seen a few Trucks with Natural Gas or propane? Not sure. The tanks are covered with ice. What’s up with that?

-44F is the boiling point, as soon as it's warm enough to start vaporizing. At below -44 you can pour propane out of a tank like water if you remove the valve. Propane is a dry fuel, I've had a couple propane conversions in GM pickups when I ran a wireline company. They ran a lot hotter than gasoline engines, wore out sooner too.

Keri during the last few years of her marriage gained some weight. She just did some lifestyle changes since everything and is back to her weight when she got out of High School.
