DAC report, what a joke

Many companies do not report to DAC, generally only the larger ones do this.

The version of the report that is offered to drivers to check their record is not all inclusive. Getting the MVR is a "value added" service and comes from the state(s) although DAC may obtain it for a company.

As to why your criminal history wasn't there, well I can't offer much explanation. Statute of limitations perhaps?

 

Consider your self to be blessed that all of the companies that you have worked for have not used DAC/ USIS services.......
the only down fall ..... if you consider this to be a down fall is the larger companies want to see at least one or more companies on your DAC /USIS report......
Some companies will go so far as to not hire you because there is no reports.....
To me i would never consider any company that has these practices......
There is a lot of medium / smaller companies that know the DAC / USIS is just in fact as you and I agree on.... IT is an JOKE

 

Those companies that won't hire you if there is nothing on your DAC are PO'ed because they spent needless money on you! LOL

 

Mine under criminal---has an overweight ticket from california.

Lets face it the DAC /USIS has been turned into an weapon of mass stupidity......
The large companies use it as an tool to retain drivers by posting negatives on their drivers in thought that they will not leave because who else will hire them..... Also to try and cripple the driver who left them for any reason.....
This practice should be seen for what it is..... extortion to say the least.....
Mabey we should look into an civil suit for defamation of character..... yeah like that would work.... Truck drivers unite for one single cause... not likely to happen .
And there lies the problem with in its self and the Big companies know it !

 

Same Exact thing with mine here, By looking at my DAC I hardly exist.
