LoL they just bought a bunch of crappy trks and trls. I mean come on. I guess at least the drivers might get better equipment. Most of these company trucks look like the ones you would find in the ports of L.A/Long Beach.

They were more interested in the accounts instead of the equipment. It might also be a blessing in disguise, if they upgrade the equipment and not terminate any of the employees.

It was Henderson Transportation out of Bensenville, IL (formally TML Transit) that purchased Towns. They closed the Alabama division after owning it for 2 months. THIS HENDERSON (not to be confused with Earl's Company) is SHADY! They prorate the amount of fuel given to drivers and they do not pay correctly. I was a salaried dispatcher and they couldn't even manage to get my pay correct. After purchasing Towns they cancelled everyones insurance on Dec 1st without notifying anyone and they would take out child support and not pay it. This was NOT a good thing! All of the drivers are out of jobs and all of the employees in the Decatur office. It's companies like this that we can thank for the economy...

Henderson Transportation in Bensenville, Illinois DOES NOT even carry work comp insurance. At least they did not when I was hurt on Dec. 21, 2009. BEWARE!

Hum... I hope the owner likes paying for it out of pocket because thats were a judge will be taking the money from. Unless you were an O/O. Then it would be your bill.
