I had a seat that did the same. Clipped a bungee cord on the handle a hooked it behind the seat to keep the handle raised. Worked like a charm.
-
Well, I don't need the handle raised. I need the seat to be raised.

When I shut down over night with the truck engine off, the driver's seat always sinks all the way down to the lowest position near the floor. Isn't the driver's seat supposed to hold its position overnight with the engine off?
Isn't the fact that the driver's seat sinks down to the floor overnight proof positive that there is a defect in the driver's seat? -
My seat would raise when I pulled up the handle. The bungee kept the handle up and the seat wouldn't sink.Capacity and expedite_it Thank this.

Ok, I had a truck that the air switch on the seat only leaked when I started the truck in the morning when it was cold out.expedite_it Thanks this.

My seat sinks down whenever I am sitting in it.

That was your air bags leveling after you dropped your trailer , i assume you did not dump your bags , if so stop doing that its hard on equipment
Take it to the dealer its under warranty , good luckLast edited: Jan 31, 2022

No. My seat is not sinking down due to the air bags leveling after I drop my trailer. When I drive my truck bobtail, the seat still sinks down.Capacity Thanks this.

I wasn’t going to comment on this thread, but the above comment is absolutely wrong.
You can “lose” air every time your air dryer pops off, every time your cab goes up and down, and every time your suspension needs to readjust.
