Need help identifying Black Box CB wires are hooked to

    Hello all, new trucker here. I am a company driver and I am issued a brand new 2022 Kenworth T880 as a truck. I have been interested in hooking up a CB radio. Upon pulling the Paccar labeled cover and pulling out the metal tray the CB would sit in, I discovered a black box that all the wires and stuff is hooked to. We use Litix? (May have spelled it wrong) camera systems in our trucks. I have included pictures of the wires being hooked on to the back of the black box. If this is part of a GPS system or is a recorder for the cameras, can anyone recommend a portable CB set up that can be plugged directly into a cigarette port and how I would be able to run a coax cable out to a mirror for a better check antenna? Thanks in advance.

    I have the same looking black box in upper cb compartment in my Pete, mine will come out & is Peoplenet.
    I have had interference issues with high power radio in upper compartment, most likely due to alot of wires running through the area.
    My power studs are in that upper compartment not easy to get power cord hooked up, or get longer cord & drop down through so you can run direct to cig lighter port.
    I currently have a Cobra 29 up there & it runs just fine, as for running coax i have factory roof mount on mine.
    So it took my wife's tiny hands & arm on the inside to get the PL connector to me on the outside along with many attempts.
    Or you can use 3M cinch straps along windshield towards the door to run coax outside then zip tie to mirror.
    Make sure you run a ground strap from mirror bracket to the door hinge.
