A horse with a saddle for whoever's good over there.

I thought that a horse with a saddle accounts for something wherever they're at. I give them a horse with a saddle whenever I find someone good over there which I doubt.

I'll give them that, and the bridle...
just learned that the bridle and saddle together are called tack.

OK then...A horse with tack for whoever's good at TQL.

Joe, talk about a picture being worth a thousand words. I'm no cowboy obviously but that's a really informative diagram.

Do they give y'all boxing lessons because I'd love to catch some of these guys in a parking lot. The way they talk on the phone, they MUST know how to fight.

JoeyJunk, Siinman and bumper Jack Thank this.

I've hauled quite a few loads for TQL, and my experience has been the opposite. Surprisingly opposite in fact. And it surprises me because the brokers are a bunch of kids, but every one of them so far have been: "Yes sir, no sir, yes sir, no sir, sir, sir, sir..." Easy to work with, and easy to deal with.

On the other side of the coin, the Landstar brokers are kind of smug "prickish" with their attitudes. Not rude, but not as respectful as the TQL guys by a long shot.

A lot of those Landstar brokers are small brokerages attached to Landstar.

From my understanding, All State Association and Landstar do the exact same thing. You give them a cut, around 20% of profits, and they let you use their name, TMS, give an @landstar email handle, and let you go ham on the double brokering and scamming the #### out of real brokers and carriers.

This is 100% the truth. While most of the TQL brokers are young people, there are some scummy brokers that will disrespect and battle you. Like everything, it depends on the people.
