Looking for smaller company or a fleet owner, that would allow for self dispatch. I have 22 years exp and the last 5 being an owner op until truck broke down. I live in Virginia Beach, and I have always preferred driving in the northeast and southeast.

Attention employers: We now require a valid DOT# for anyone wishing to post a driving position. If your job offer doesn't contain a DOT number, it will not get past moderation and will not appear in the forum. The other requirements in the sticky at the top of this section are still required as well. Thank you for understanding.

Finding a company that will let you do self dispatch is extremely rare these days.
-
Yeah I am finding that out, but I figured it doesn't hurt to ask
-
Don't know if it helps but usa allows company drivers to self dispatch.
-
yeah I looked into them, haven't rule them out just would prefer a smaller type company and pay is alittle less then I would like at 56.5 per mile

I just prefer having the ability to pick my own loads and not having to count of someone else to pick the loads, but not saying it has to be self dispatch as I am open to other options.. if you want to PM me your company info that would be great.
