    Cars, on a flatbed?

How would that work? Are there ramps available or lift them somehow?

$150 for a full dry cord is a good price for sure, We usually go through 7 full here. Just closed on another 24 acre woodlot, that'll last me for the time I have left. Wood is work, no doubt, but what we save not having to buy oil or gas, or be dependent on them, is worth it in my book...

You did good, I wouldn't complain. This is a hard market, you see something, you gotta get on it quick. It doesn't leave alot of time for thinking. Plus, not really much room for negotiations. Because they know if you don't buy it, the next guy through the door will.

Just bump the dock and drive them on/off.
I've done it with those portable docks on wheels with the grate floors.

Big trucks almost get ignored entirely anymore, unless it has noticeable issues.

Around here they love the six wheelers, hot shots, and landscape crews. They’re almost always overweight.
