GP transco?

I am with Gp Transco already 3 weeks and i can tell you if you refuse 200-300 miles loads they will make you disappear very fast
Average a week is 2400 miles
For safety is perfectly fine to run in winter season with different depth tires and different brands but if you make your PTI 10-11 min instead of 15 you will get a warning
Most of their trucks are freightliners very uncomfortable trucks sometimes i have the impression i drive from the trailer floor and if you request a Volvo you need to wait 2.3 months for a decent truck
They keep bugging you over the phone for crazy things like:
“If you need to touch your GPS more then one time you have to stop your truck “
No wonder with all those safety things they got 2 fatalities 11 injuries and 33 accidents on their record

can anyone comment how safety is? are they that crazy or just piss poor drivers who hate being told to be actual safe and not cowboys

 

I never had any issues with them. They would prefer you to park if in inclement weather and not comfortable than to push it. They would also call to check on you if there was weather in your area, just in case you were not aware. I never had them call me about any of the BS posted above.

I don’t drive for them anymore. I got my own truck and went owner op. I have a buddy that him and his wife drive teams. Search redmonkeytrucking on YouTube or Tiktok.
