I wear work boots for more traction!

 

I like the plates.... chicken looks awesome.

We do alot of chicken thighs in the smoker.
Put them under a rack of bacon and let it drip down on them.

 

Not sure the time yet, but yes I’ll be on I-4 rolling in. I’m still in SC at the Truckstop..,, dang wreck has the big road all messed up so I’m waiting it out, off duty anyway….

Haven't decided if I'm wrapping them in bacon or just garlic butter.

Mama's gulfs are made up ready to go in the oven when she gets home.... think she's doing lettuce wraps.

 

Gotta wash my old rag too, 2 truck washes beside me but they are full…

Man... I just had the pleasure of sitting down with @Lostkeys. I paid for 5 chicken fingers (that's right kids, in Ohio our chickens have fingers), now I'm counting pocket lint hoping I can eat the rest of the week.
