Hello everyone! Trying to get some Information

I actually created an account to try and get my MBA research completed. But I've gotten hooked just reading through everyone's experiences in the industry. I used to listen to my dad and all of his friends talk about the stuff they ran through everyday.

Trucking has been a part of my life since I was younger. My dad and all of his brothers are truck drivers and my dad was the one who got me into the industry as a pricing analyst.

Also, if you can please take the below survey, I would be extremely grateful. The survey would take roughly about 10 minutes of your time, and it mainly consists of identifying how much you agree or disagree with a statement. The survey also would not be collecting any personal information (addresses, emails, etc). if you would me to paste the survey questions below, please let me know and I can transfer the answers into my own spreadsheet if that is easier
