It's wild how things can vary state to state.

Did all of my startup "paperwork" digitally with very little waiting on anything. Nothing sent through snail mail, all signatures done online.

Sorry you're having to deal with the slow turning wheels of marginally viable government employees and a system that is still stuck in the paper age.

No, not really. I've know this guy for sometime. He is a real deal biker and gear head. Older and has a idea. Looks more like a guy you find in a actual biker bar than behind a sales counter.

But I also know the exact type you are talking about. Hell I bought my Harley from my Honda dealer. Even had it worked on at my Honda dealer.

Call insurance company and ask if they can work with you. Explain the situation that the truck hasnt moved, maybe cry some. Some companies will, some don't care. Just try to save any money you can at this point. Maybe mention a sick child, or puppy.
