Buyer beware....

I gota friend that just messaged me a couple days ago he is looking at a W900 day cab.. I told him to stay away . He said he heard bad things about them. but he's sure wanting to buy the truck.. The way he talked he was going to take the chance..
I told him he will never have to worry about Hemorrhoids when they get done breeding him..

 

Can't believe he's willing to chance it. I've been watching TruckPaper for two weeks on the hunt for a new truck. Over 10k sleeper trucks for sale, and there's less than 5 I have interest in.

 

I think if you know you’re dealing with crooks and you’re prepared to do some work to the truck before you put it to work you might be ok, it’s the people that don’t know they’re dealing with crooks and think they’re getting a truck that can go to work right away that will be in trouble.

 

I wonder if they'll produce any paperwork?

 

There’s a guy on YouTube that just purchased a truck through them about a month or two ago.
I can’t remember his name, but I think he lives in Ohio and I haven’t seen him broke down yet.

 

I think I know which one. Or maybe this is a different guy.

 

Well, son, I'll tell ya', someone wants to go trucking, this is what they figure it costs. I'd have just bought it from your dad. I don't mean to be rude, but what a surprise, the dealer wants to make money. I don't think they are dirt bags, nothing unusual here,,,except I bet they never figured you would show up here with this. I'd make sure I checked my 5th wheel before heading out,,

 

He's a 27 yr old farm kid that their Prostar farm truck is getting pretty tried .. and he is in a big hurry to upgrade .. .. its a day cab with a Cat C-15 that's supposed to just had the Gold cat OH ...( yeah right ).. I told him I would want a mountain of paper work on that and I would be calling the Cat dealer that did the work..
Bet Ya'll dollars to donuts he just goes and buys it.regardless.. I guess he'll learn a expressive life lesson

 

I think he may be like kinda talking to whoever wrote the comment, I guess being the "son". His comment seemed to be directed at the son of the dad who sold it. At least thats what I took from it lol
