Hello, we have have been having trouble with a 2017 Cascadia to start a regen. The only fault code we have is #3719 for soot level high.
I read that you advised cleaning the doser and the number two bolt 1" hole. Are you refering to the DEF fluid nozzle?
HIGH SOOT LEVEL DD15

Everything upstream needs to be in good working order. No air leaks in the piping or air cooler, clean air filter, valves adjusted properly, injectors, not using/burning oil, minimize idling. Best thing is to have the intake system and exhaust pressure tested using smoke to find leaks. Takes about 15 minutes.

Born2win and Diesel Dave Thank this. -
DOC and DPF temps gotta be up (I’d like to see DOC 6-700 and DPF 1000) to be able to do efficient burn. Monitor reading via dddl, yes 7th injector tip gets clogged, great idea to clean it every 2 times annually
