Doesn't need to be a truck stop. One of our new 2022 crapcadias was backed into on it's second day...sitting backed in at a customer's dock

That's because you just got out of the truck with the trainer. It'll wear off...

Keep in mind, these warm bodies that tear up everything they get close to are not bias.

Friend runs a 79 W900A. Guy age 61 with 18 months experience took the front right corner off his A model. And the sad thing is…. Guy was making a left turn in a wide open parking lot!

I’m dreading the day it may happen to me. Hope enough folks like me to bail me out….

Don’t park at truck stops if at all possible, if not back row nose first. But yeah that would suck for sure. At least still driveable it looks like.

Unfortunately, there is no safe haven from people in this industry that are only in it for the money. I was in a rest area the other night dead asleep, even more forward of the line than I should have been, in Maryland and my light bar and DOT bumper on my tank was really damaged by a USA Truck dude trying to park for his 30. I don't blame him. I blame the ####### that parked along the curb behind me and reduced his capability to properly turn into the spot for the accident (altho, he should have stopped when he THOUGHT he was going to hit me). We talked a bit waiting on the sheriff's department and he had only been driving a few months. He didn't even know where his permit book was, or what was in it. What's a cab card?

Not that it can’t happen anywhere but, I NEVER stay at truck stops!!

Full discretion, I did stay at the TA in Hurricane WV Monday night cause I couldn’t make it down the turnpike before oversize curfew started

Geez man....that driver panicked about his 30 and hit you. I am not sure ifnhe was paying that close of attention but it was dark. Thats a tough lesson to learn. Rest areas don't seem anymore safe than truck stops anymore. That's why I try to have hideouts in different states. It isn't always possible, but I definitely try to be a little more creative when it comes to where I park.
