I spent many a night in Dad’s K100 laid across the doghouse with a suitcase on each seat and a moving blanket over them while the reefer blasted in the background. I don’t once remember having any trouble sleeping. And those reefers back then were loud! And the constant racket of the exhaust flaps. Ahh the memories that come back when I hear that “tink, tink, tink of the exhaust on a 2 stroke Detroit!
