    Yes it usually works. Few weeks ago I96 west somewhere between Flint.and Lansing Mi. Had a Black pickup fly up catch up to me and then hangout on my tank tandems and this lasted for quite a while So I figured the little whip over would get them moving And it took a few times but eventually it worked.
    So this Pickup pulls up next to my window and on his door was the word Sheriff. A 4 door pickup with 4 sheriff's on board.
    Once they reached my window they hung out there and motioning me to roll down my window where they actually gave me a thumbs up and took off.
