Don't get your CDL until you find an employer and investigate them and decide they are a good place to work. If you get the CDL and nobody hires you for a long enough period you may be required to pay for a refresher course.

This is why you must fight every ticket

For EVERY ticket you must hire a lawyer and have the lawyer get the ticket reduced .

if the community college won’t accept you until the ticket is three years old, then you will just have to wait .

Or find a driving job for now that doesn’t require a CDL

First off I wish you the best in your search. How old are you and do you still drive with excessive speed? I get it, most of us have pushed the limits a time or 2 when we were young, running around in our cars. Most of us didn't get caught though. Hopefully and I doubt it, you're not still driving that way.
As has been said here make sure you're employable before you spend the money on school.

Wow that's a big time ticket. I agree with the other guys. Just wait it out and start from scratch. In the meantime, practice safe driving, going the speed limit, etc. Those typed of violations can cause a company to fire you, because it'll make you uninsurable. October rolls around, take classes and make sure you slow down. Most companies have governed trucks so it's imperative you train yourself to potentially have to run 65mph or slower.

Enroll in school, then start applying for jobs beginning the first day of classes. Submit applications before calling; this is important. Finish school; don't quit before graduating.
Most trucking companies have a short app. on the website to use. If not, then apply by email or fax.
We can give you names of companies that give drivers a 2nd chance.
Craigslist and Facebook also have trucking groups, so you can apply there also.
