I totally agree with the running legal. It keeps the stress and wallet in check. But let's face it, many of you "more mature" drivers left companies because they were heading south in all areas of operations. And guess what, these are mostly the companies that hire a newbee. And for the most part, a newbee is like a guy on a honeymoon, willing and has the energy to try anything, sometimes over and over again. Most of these training companies have had the same policy; they say log legal (wink-wink) but they very discretely encourage and reward those that bust the books.
In time they move on to better companies, and with the experience they have gained (what they've seen and heard), maturity leads them to the better choice---legal logging. -
