I hope he was asleep so he didnt have to expierence that horrifying fall. No brake smoke on the dashcam view & it looks like he was moving pretty fast. I wonder how close he was to the end of the grade? I cant imagine witnessing that. RIP driver.

There's another hairpin curve just after this one. Then there's 5 more miles of downgrade after that.
