I have 4X2 truck and I need to convert it to be 6X4 one to be able drive safely on rough roads
Any idea how this can be done?

take it to a good 4x4 shop.
one that specializes in off road modifications.

Are you trying to do it yourself, or have it done? If you take it to a wireline truck refurb shop, they can do that for you. Are you keeping that Artex body?

No I want to do it by 3rd party. Yes I will keep Artex body

Yes, but it's all the way in Texas. We had a ton of trucks refurbed, and a few converted to tandem 6x4, and they were able to customize the wireline body to accommodate the second axle. Not sure if you're up for having a couple hands bring that truck all the way to Texas, but there must be a place in California that can do the same thing, because there's plenty of wireline work there.
