Advise

Hello I have a semi for storage. I have a metal framed door I would like to install. My question is am I able to install in front? I know I can do it on the side but that's not where I want it. It's not mobile but might be sold in the future. I would have to cut 2 metal beams in-between the wood and outside metal neither one is on the side my plan was to frame out where I cut possibly weld? Also I would be installing it above the metal plate on bottom section has to not cutt.. is there any regulations for modify the front?
